About us

The PMC student council is the student representation of the Faculty I of the TU Clausthal. That means we represent all students of the study programs Energy and Materials Physics, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering and Sports Engineering . In addition, we are the contact for doctoral students of our faculty.

The student council is elected once a year by the students of our faculties during the university elections.

There are seven voting members in the council from different courses and semesters.

One of our most important tasks is to help you with all questions concerning your studies, exams, internships and life in Clausthal in general.

We also help you with possible problems with professors and lecturers and can mediate if necessary.
